Employee Satisfaction Surveys

We believe that the level of overall job satisfaction within an organization is an essential indicator of performance. The level of satisfaction that employees feel toward their jobs and the work they do should be the foundation of any employee survey initiative.
We recommend that at least 65% of your employees should be extremely or very satisfied with their jobs - because this is the level at which organizations really start to benefit from having an engaged and committed workforce - but the actual level of job satisfaction in many organizations falls far below this minimum threshold.
